Thank you to all that have been patiently waiting for treatments and our apologies those who had to have their appointments cancelled prior to lockdown.
The College of Podiatry have set up guidelines for us to see more than just emergency patients and those in pain.
We are telephone screening patients prior to their appointments and advise that you arrive at your appointment time and not before. Please be aware that if you are currently suffering with Covid-19 and/or have a member of your household who has this virus we are unable to see you until sufficient isolation time has passed.
THERE ARE CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE ADHERED TO. IT IS NOW COMPULSORY TO WEAR A FACE MASK IN THE MEDICAL CENTRE AT ALL TIMES. Please wash your hands in the bathrooms before entering the clinic reception. We have hand sanitisers in our reception and in all our rooms.
PLEASE ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING – FLOORS ARE MARKED. The Podiatrists will be wearing masks, face protection shields along with gloves and aprons and we will continue to provide the highest standards of treatments, hygiene, safety and care to all patients.
Tel: 01932 336000. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer. We are minimising staff in reception so please bear with us returning calls and emails.
