Thank you to all that have been patiently waiting for treatments and apologies those who had to have their appointments cancelled prior to lockdown.
Following the PM’s speech on Sunday, the College of Podiatry have set up guidelines for us to open our clinics for more than just emergency care.
We have a call list to work through and patients will be offered appointments from this week. We are telephone screening patients prior to their appointments and advise that you arrive at your appointment time and not before. Please be aware that if you are currently suffering with Covid-19 or have a member of your household who has this virus we are unable to see you until sufficient isolation time has passed.
THERE ARE CHANGES THAT NEED TO BE ADHERED TO. Please wash your hands in the bathrooms before entering the clinic reception. We do have hand sanitisers in all our rooms.
PLEASE ADHERE to social distancing (floors are marked). The podiatrists will be wearing masks and face protection shields along with gloves and aprons and we will continue to provide the highest standards of treatments, hygiene and care to all patients.
Tel: 01932 336000. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer straight away.
